Since returning back to the UK in August 2016 we’ve lived, surfed and explored along three different stretches of its East Coast shoreline.
The first year and half found us in Sutton on Sea in my home county of Lincolnshire, the next three were spent in beautiful Cromer in Norfolk and for the last two we’ve been residing in the famous seaside town of Scarborough in North Yorkshire. The reasons for living and moving between each three of these locations is a story in itself but one thing is for certain, I am eternally grateful for been able to sample each.
From crowded to empty, sleepy to bustling, friendly to abusive, classy to tacky all three have their pros and cons but I’ve enjoyed living in each of them just as equally. This little short is a time capsule of the three areas melted together and aims to take you along with us as we ride down the ‘right coast’.
