Ordering
Simply browse or search for what you’re looking for then add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping basket. Proceed to the checkout once ready where you can pay securely with your credit or debit card. Payments are taken
through PayPal or Stripe in British Pounds Sterling. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card
details.
Payments that are invoiced to you, after a direct correspondence, are taken through woo commerce in British Pounds Sterling. We will send you an invoice directly through woo commerce. We do not store any of your credit card details
To save on credit card fees, we offer the option to pay via e-transfer within England. If you want to send an e-transfer, please contact us to make the arrangement prior to purchase.
Shipping
At present as standard we only ship to the UK. If you are outside of the UK please
contact us and we will be more than happy to give you a quote to send a products overseas.
- Shipping is calculated on a product by product basis and the cost will be displayed clearly in the checkout.
- Prints will be shipped in a cardboard tube to protect them.
- Clothing will be shipped in standard postage bags if extra packaging if required.
- We try to recycle packaging which means that you may receive odd bits of cardboard. Please note that this does not in anyway lessen the protection of your product.
- Products will be packed and shipped within 5 working days and will be sent by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or courier depending on size and weight.
- Most UK deliveries arrive within 2 days from time of shipping but please allow 7 working days in total.
- Shipping costs charged to you contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit fees.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold
All of Ægir Collective’s products are guaranteed against defects in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty from the date on which the goods were received. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Ægir Collective
arising from any product sold on the Ægir Collective website shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Ægir Collective, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect,
consequential, or punitive damages.
Security of Data & Website
We will take all reasonable care, in do far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. We use a secure external payment process. In the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held
liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when ordering from the website.
We do not guarantee that the Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses and as a result you are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programs and platform to access the Site and you should use your own virus protection software.
Pricing and Availability
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or technical fault or product information received from our suppliers, Ægir Collective shall have
the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price even when the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If any charges for the purchase have gone through and your order is cancelled,
Ægir Collective shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Website Listings
Every care has been taken to show our products as accurately as possible with regard to the description and image(s) of the product on the website. Please be aware that due to slight variations between monitors and screen settings
there could be minor differences to what you see online and what you receive. Please request more photos, or email me with any questions prior to purchase if you are not sure about the colours or specifics on a particular products.
Slight inconsistencies between the image represented and the actual product is not deemed a fault and such variation will not be a valid reason for return.
Currency Conversion information
We only sell our products in British Pounds which means that you will be billed in GBP and any exchange rate will be decided by your issuing bank. If you are unsure, we suggest shopping in GBP and contacting your bank to find out
if there is any fees/what your bank’s exchange rate might be. We cannot be held responsible for any mis-calculations due to rates maintained by your bank.
Note on VAT (Value Added Tax)
VAT is added to the price of all our goods and will be charged to all orders when placed. Please be aware that for non UK orders you will be liable for import duties or taxes payable to your countries customs office. Please refer
to you own countries customs website for further information.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Ægir Collective reserves the right at any time after receipt
of your order to accept, decline or alter the quantity of your order for any reason. Under certain circumstances may also require and ask for additional verifications or information before accepting any order

Gift Vouchers & Codes
Gift vouchers are only valid for a limited time and the voucher must be used by the date shown on the voucher – please check your voucher to find out when to use it by. Ægir Collective cannot accept any responsibility for stolen
or deleted gift vouchers.
Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against Ægir Collective shall be governed by the laws of England without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising
from your use of or orders made on the Ægir Collective website shall be an appropriate federal or county court located in in England.
Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your product you have 14 days to
contact us by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery at your own cost using the same service that it was sent to you. The goods must be returned
in a re-saleable condition which means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus items.
Once the product has been safely returned and proof of purchase confirmed I will refund your payment within 14 days. Refund is for the cost of the product only and does not include the cost of shipping or payment provider fees. The
credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to five working days for money to appear in your bank account.
If alternatively, you need to exchange an item (i.e. for a different size), please identify the size you require when you return the product.

Right to cancel
Under the Consumer Rights Act you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. But this right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership
of the goods (this could be the date of purchase or the date the goods were delivered to you – whichever is later). After the initial 30 days, you can’t demand a full refund in the first instance, but you still have the right to
a repair or replacement.
