Why did I even bother to paddle out on this day of howling northerly wind slop?
For an hour I deliberated whether it was worth it. But after a seemingly endless run of flat conditions in classic desperado surf style I started to convince myself that there were ‘a couple of rideable ones out there’. To be honest any surfer worth their salt knows that these days are not really worth the effort however that breeze did manage to blow away a few cobwebs….
