Late April a clean groundswell groomed our shores and like many a Lincolnshire surfer on the day I cashed in my chips and did back to back am and pm sessions.
The day for me started out with a light breakfast surf snack out Sandis which served up a few nice rolling walls to help loosen up for the day ahead. Keep in mind though on a breakfast level surfing in Lincolnshire is more like a serving of home brand shredded wheat and a mug of tea than a posh nosh feast of smoked salmon, scrambled eggs and filter coffee. Still in it’s own special way, it’s just as satisfying….
