This day back in 1995 was an icebox with temperatures not getting out of the minus figures coupled with an accompanying baltic wind.
On boxing day the temperature came up slightly but that bought a dump of snow with it. I saw no takers on these days (myself included) but I’m sure nowadays things would be different…
